After months of negotiation, Beckstrom Electric came to an agreement with Turner Construction and Salamander Hospitality to restart the project which was halted in 2010 due to poor economic conditions.
The 168-room luxury resort and spa is located on 340 acres in the historic village of Middleburg, which is in the midst of Virginia’s horse and wine country. It is scheduled to open in August 2013.
