Tom started his career in the electrical trade in 1985 working for West Virginia University. In 1987 he joined Local Union #26 where he completed his electrical apprenticeship. For the next 30-plus years he honed his skills in teaching the electrical trade as well as managing projects from small to extremely large. He found his way to Beckstrom in 2013 where he has played a vital role in implementing an in-house accredited apprenticeship program as well as continuing to manage large projects. In November of 2024, Tom was promoted to Operations Manager overseeing all of the day-to-day activity of the company as well as continuing to oversee the apprenticeship
