Silvia has been diligently working for Beckstrom since 2002, starting as a receptionist. Throughout the years, she worked her way through different roles leading to her current position in the HR department, where she handles employees, benefits, benefit programs and payroll. She works closely with all Beckstrom departments to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
